TRUE HEALTH is a clinic comprising of a collection of professional complementary therapists and competent teachers all working together to provide an excellent standard of holistic well-being. The clinic has 3 large individual therapy rooms and an exercise room suitable to teach up to 12 persons per class. There is a comfortable reception area and ample free parking is readily available at the front door to the premises.
The clinic was established in 2009. It already provides a wide range of therapies and classes to suit everybody’s needs. The concept originated from Paul O’Malley through his great passion and desire for his work. Paul has spent the last 13 years emersed and amazed with Complementary Medicine, yoga, pilates and in particular CranioSacral Therapy (CST).
Through the knowledge and experience gained over the formative years of study, teaching and experiencing many treatments, Paul believes that the combination of classes (yoga & pilates) and individual therapy to be a most effective means to help clients to heal themselves.
It is Paul’s objective, that with clinics like TRUE HEALTH in Naas and many more throughout the country facilitating many clients to heal themselves naturally, more efficiently and in a holistic way. It will not be long before Eastern and Western medicines will be sharing and facilitating treatments in both public and private sectors.
