At True Health Anthony uses Counselling, Psychotherapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Reflexology with clients in a way that is best suited to their individual needs. This might consist of short-term counselling in relation to a specific problem or situation, or longer term psychotherapy for those wishing to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship with others.

There are times in all our lives when stress, anxiety, loss or some form of emotional pain will lift the latch on our door and make an unannounced and unwelcome visit. It can be difficult to deal with these experiences on our own, and sometimes it can be hard to talk with our nearest and dearest. When you make the call to a professional counsellor or psychotherapist you can expect a respectful and confidential response to whatever issues are concerning you. Attending counselling or psychotherapy can help one to accept experiences, feelings, thoughts, or behaviours that may not make much sense. Through the process of therapy we can gain a better understanding of ourselves, and of how we have come to feel the way we do. For example, it is a common experience to wonder why the same patterns keep repeating in relationships, or why one might feel depressed for no apparent reason, or anxious in some social situations and not in others. The increased self-knowledge we gain through counselling or psychotherapy can help us to recognize what is best for our own well-being.
