Lidwien Van Elk

Lidwien is a fully qualified Hatha & Raja yoga teacher with the holistic association of medicine which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She also holds a Yoga for Sports diploma from the yoga therapy training centre and is certified in the Core Yoga method, a vinyasa and Pilates blend. She has trained as a Pilates Mat instructor and has a level 1 and 2 certification with the Balanced body university,she's also Zenga (Mindful and fascial movement) certified by Stott Pilates.
Mark Kinghan

Mark Kinghan

Mark has been practising Chinese Medicine since 1990. He qualified from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland on completion of his clinical training in Nanjing, China. Over the intervening years he has added to these qualifications going on to study Chinese Herbal Medicine in London and became a trainer in the Auricular Acupuncture System with the Yuan College, London. Mark is currently a board member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland. Mark specialises in immune deficient conditions, mental health issues and detoxification. He also gives training workshops in Auricular Acupuncture and teaches Qi Gong and Yoga.
